19 November 2020

INTERDEPENDENCE is a unique film composed by eleven short-movies. Started in 2018, the project explores in a sensible and creative way the position of humankind and nature. The key stories illustrated by the eleven internationally recognized filmmakers reflect the intertwined relations between human society and natural environment that are aggravated by climate change on multiple dimensions and scales, hinting at possible solutions. Participants have been selected for their well-established artistic qualities and their strong commitment to addressing issues and themes related to the environment and climate change:

Faouzi BENSAÏDI (Morocco), Ása HJÖRLEIFSDÓTTIR (Iceland), Salomé LAMAS (Portugal), Bettina OBERLI (Switzerland), Shahrbanoo SADAT (Afghanistan), Mahamat-Saleh HAROUN (Chad), Leon WANG (China), Nila MADHAB PANDA (India), Daniela THOMAS (Brazil), Silvio SOLDINI (Italy), Karin WILLIAMS (New Zealand).
