SYNOPSIS
The granddaughter of the original Dr. Caligari runs the CIA (Caligari Insane Asylum). Her patients include a nymphomaniac housewife, Mrs. Van Houten, and a cannibal, Mr. Pratt. To cure both patients, Dr. Caligari experiments with a technique involving exchanging brain fluids…

Stephen Sayadian began his career in the mid-seventies as creative director of Hustler Magazine. During the early eighties, he was involved in the creation of several iconic one sheet posters, including Brian de Palma’s Dressed to Kill (1980), John Carpenter’s The Fog (1980) and Tobe Hooper’s Funhouse (1980). He made his film debut with Nightdreams (1981), which he wrote, produced, designed, and edited. The following year he wrote, produced, and directed Café Flesh under the name of Rinse Dream. He has directed theatre (Jackie, Charge!) music videos (Wall of Voodoo: Do it Again), pornography (Party Doll A Go-Go parts, Untamed Cowgirls of the Wild West) and has worked as a production designer for television (Silk Stalkings).
