Emir Baigazin
Born in Alga Province in Kazakhstan, Emir Baigazin studied at the Kazakh National Academy of Arts in Almaty, majoring in film direction and cinema. In 2007, he studied in the Asian Film Academy at the Busan IFF. In 2008, he participated in the Berlinale Talent Campus at the Berlin IFF. Baigazin is a member of the Asian Pacific Screen Awards (APSA).
