Kaveh Ebrahimpour
Iranian director/filmmaker based in Canada. He was born in Tehran. He has a BA in Cinema and Major in Editing from Art University of Tehran. Designing and photography for magazines, designing movie posters, two painting exhibitions and making movie trailers was his first steps before entering the directing field. He has directed a handful of commercials for national and international companies and a few Short films as well. One of them, A Ceremony for a Friend, has achieved international success such as TIFF Official Selection, Strasbourg Fantastic FF Best Film, etc. In 2015, he has directed his first feature film Yahya Didn’t Keep Quiet, which won the Prize for the Best Feature Film from Tripoli FF of Lebanon.
