SYNOPSIS
This is the life story of the outstanding swimming sportsmen, a record-beating world champion and the 17-time world champion of underwater swimming, Shavarsh Karapetyan. Within 20 minutes in 1976 the sportsman managed to rescue over two-dozen passengers of the tram that had gone into a lake and sunk. This venture cost him his sport career…

Born 1955. Rusakov is an award-winner of Golden Ostap, member of the Union of Cinematographers of RF, Eurasian Film, TV Academy and Guild of Russian Directors. He graduated from the faculty of Scriptwriting of Moscow All-Union State Institute of Cinematography in 1991. Since 1990, he has been an independent producer and is the head of IKS-B, BricK, and Granit Studios. In 1990-94, he produced feature and documentary films in Saint Peterburg, Moscow, Warsaw and Alma-Ata Studios. Currently he is the Creative Director of RS Group Studio.
