SYNOPSIS
Hit The Road: India follows two friends participating in Mumbai Xpress, a 12-day-long rickshaw rally across India, from Mumbai to Chennai. Mumbai Xpress is recognized by Lonely Planet as one of the top-10 greatest adventures in the world.

Born 1988, Yerevan, Armenia. Baghdasaryan began making films since the age of 14 and has won a number of awards in different international film festivals. He graduated from Yerevan State University, Department of Philosophy and has a Master’s Degree in Philosophy. He is now pursuing his PhD in Cinema Theory. Baghdasaryan founded Manana Films studio in 2009 and has been working there since. Additionally, he trains teenagers in filmmaking workshops in different countries organized by UNICEF, OneMinute Foundation and Sandberg Film Institute.
