SYNOPSIS

This is the story of Grandpa Samvel - a man who, despite his health problems, has not felt discouraged and has found a new occupation, a way to earn a living. Non-professional musician, Samvel, recorded a CD with songs from his repertoire. He has learned greetings in different foreign languages and through his unique way of communicating with tourists, he offers and sells them his recordings.

Born 1981, Yerevan, Armenia. Gasparyangraduated from the Documentary Film Directing Department of the Yerevan State Institute of Theatre and Cinema (master class of Ruben Gevorgiants). Since 2003, has been directing films at Hayk Documentary Film Studio. He worked as a director at Shoghakat and Yerkir-Media TV Companies. He is a member of the Union of Cinematographers of Armenia.
