Gregory Rentis

Born 1984, Athens, Greece. Gregory Rentis graduated from Imperial College London with a master’s in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and is currently an MFA candidate in the Film Directing Program at California Institute of the Arts. His thesis film Sundown (2009) premiered at Rotterdam FF. His previous short You Asked me to Wait (2007) was awarded an honorable mention at Drama FF and screened at festivals including Rio de Jainero ISFF and Thessaloniki IFF. In 2010 he directed Reunion, a play by David Mamet, for the Topos Allou stage in Athens.
