The film tells us about the adventures of two barbers who, according to the instruction of the Prime Minister, pretend to be foreign diplomats.

Martirosyan, Amasi

Amasi Martirosyan (1897-1971)
Born in Yerevan.
1916 - graduated from the Commerce School. 1918-1920 - participated in the Civil War. 1925 - finished Courses for Actors in Tbilisi. Since 1925 - worked at Aremnkino (later Armenfilm Studio). Acted in many Armenian films, as well as shot about 15 documentaries.

Kalantar, Levon

(1891-1959)
Born in Tiflis (Georgia).
1916 - graduated from the Eastern Studies Department of Petersburg University. Since 1916- actor and director of a range of Armenian and Georgian Theatres. 1918 - founded a Theatrical Studio along with Rouben Mamoulian in Tiflis. Founder of Armenian Theatre in Georgia, one of the founders of the Sundukyan Drama Theatre in Yerevan. 1928-30 - chief director of Armenian Theatre in Baku. 1930-31- director at Armenfilm Studio. 1931-35 - executive director at Gorky Yerevan Theatre. 1937- 43 and 1957-59 - executive director of Stanislavsky Russian Drama Theatre in Yerevan.
