Hayat has to take the exam for the regional boarding students. But his father falls ill and remains in an unconscious state, so Hayat has to take care of his 8-year-old brother and his nine-month-old sister. He worked as a playwright, stage actor and director for ten years. He was Amir Naderi's assistant director on The Runner. By 1992 he had made a large number of short films.
