In Armenia the village Voskevaz is famous for its strawberry fields. From early spring to the end of summer the peasants work hard in the fields despite the rain, heavy winds and scorching sun. Beautiful strawberry fields and peasants create an appealing image of idyllic life. But when the merchants take the strawberry to the city, the tense and noisy atmosphere of the fruit market, and money changing hands destroys all illusion of harmony.

In 2005 he graduated from the Yerevan Polytechnic University. Since 2007 he has been a student of the Documentary Film Department at the Yerevan State Institute of Theatre and Cinema.
