Richard Penfold and Sam Hearn began their creative collaboration in 1995 at the International Film School, Wales. Following graduation they continued to work together, producing music videos and short films before co-founding creative agency Omni Productions, in Bristol, in 2002. Rachel Drummond-Hay joined the team in 2005 following a successful career of producing short films. Together the team have steadily built a reputation for producing emotionally engaging short films and dramas, winning many awards.
