How We Live explores the crisis of poverty as told through the personal stories of several families living below poverty line in Armenia. The story is told by Sara Anjargolian, a photo journalist, who traveled to Armenia to document families living in poverty.

Currently Gharabegian is the editor of the national show Entertainment Tonight (which has been running for 28 years), and its sister show, The Insider. Additionally, Gharabegian is the Creative Director of Aces Up Productions, which is involved in projects such as independent films, commercials, and public service announcements.
