Kyle is 11 and he has an embarrassing problem. His mum doesn't help, in fact her 'tough love' approach makes things worse. When she writes a note to his teacher stating the unvarnished truth, he bunks off school and goes in search of his own solution.

He began his career at the BBC, where he wrote and directed many award-winning trailers. In 2001, he joined Another Film Company to make commercials. His first job was a pro bono film for Cancer Research UK. It won a Lion at Cannes and earned him the title of Best New Director at the British Television Advertising Awards. Since then his very visual storytelling style has been much in demand from advertising agencies such as M&C Saatchi, Leo Burnett’s, Fallon and BBH. He has directed over 100 commercials to date worldwide. Wash Days is his first short film.
