Underconstruction is a platform for Armenian artists interested in diaspora, transnationalism and globalization. This group presented its exhibition in the Venice Bienniale in 2009. Difficulties grow for the artists, who are left, without resources, scattered and fail. They have problems with the organizers. Because of scarce means, but worst, because of the indifference towards the Armenian problem. This indifference appears at the Bienniale as well. The contradiction is, that though they can understand each other despite speaking different languages, nobody seems to or wants to understand their work.

| González, Héctor Héctor González (born 1981, Leon, Spain)
He is a Bachelor of Fine Arts and graduated in Documentary Filmmaking in Madrid. His works include documentaries, reportages for different groups and institutions and writing art and film criticism. Always involved in the art world, he has participated in many artistic projects in Berlin.
