| Arshakyan, Andranik Andranik Arshakyan (born 07.02.1960, Yerevan, Armenia)
In 1981 Andranik Arshakyan graduated from Yerevan State Art –Theatrical Institute, in 1988 got PhD at Moscow State Cultural Univeristy, in 1998 graduated from Saint-Petersburg State Institute of Internal Economic relations, economy and law, Department of Law. From 1996-1999 studied at Moscow political research school. He is a candidate of historical sciences, member/founder of International Consortium of Educational and Scientific Cooperation of Caucasus Region. He is a participant of Artsakh liberation war, was awarded with a weapon after his name for his battle feats.
