Set in a working-class neighborhood by the Los Angeles River, the film is composed of four short stories examining the everyday lives of a Mexican graffiti muralist, an Armenian camera repairman, an African-American Blues guitarist and an English pensioner. Each story is peripherally tied to the Los Angeles River, examining the delicate ties between strangers that rarely communicate yet share brief moments of connection.

Nazarian, Eric

Eric Nazarian
Born in Armenia and raised in Los Angeles, Nazarian is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s School of Cinema-Television, where he majored in Film Production and wrote and directed short films. The Blue Hour is Eric Nazarian'’s first feature film as writer-director.
