Aleksandar Todorovic has been living in Slovenia for the past 30 years. One day, he went to have his driver’s license renewed, but the clerk told him he did not exist anymore in the register of Slovenia. When Slovenia became independent in 1991 and parted from former Yugoslavia, Todorovic and more than 18,000 other citizens of non-Slovenian origin were erased from all official documents. Todorovic has founded the Association of Erased People and fights for the rights of this minority.

Anakiev, Dimitar

Born 1960, Belgrade, Serbia:
Graduated from High Medical School and worked for 7 years as a medical doctor, then continued his artistic work as a freelancer: a poet with 11 collections of own poetry published in several languages, editor in Apokalipsa literary magazine, screenwriter, director and producer. He was a mentor of film school “Z glavo ne s kamero” in Tolmin and now is teaching documentary film in “The Change of View” film school, Ljubljana. He is the owner of Dimitar Anakiev Films, a small company in which he works as an independent filmmaker. In 2003 he was the Art Director of FREECO Documentary Film Festival in Kobarid, Slovenia.
