Sairash has been married for more than a quarter century until the day when her husband took a second, younger wife. Sairash walked out. Her community and relatives blamed her, divorce laws would not protect her. Though Sairash’s decision set her on a path of hardship, it was the path to her true self. | Rakhmadieva, Nailya  Born in 1956 in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
She graduated in 1984 from the Department of Theater and Television Directing of the Kazakh State Institute of Theater and Cinematography. She has worked as an opera performance director from 1995 to 1997. Since 2003 she has worked as the executive director of the Music Foundation Symphony of the Mountains.Since 1997 she has worked as an independent film director.
