Dir./Dir of Phot./Edit./Prod.: Boris Mitic
It is an eerie New Year’s eve in Pristina, capital of Kosovo, four years after the end of the war.
The last 100 remaining Serbs (out of 40.000 before the war) still don’t dare come out of their six-storey building fearing attacks by their Albanian neighbors and extremists. It does not occur to anyone to prepare for New Year’s Eve. The picture of this grotesque ghetto is full of political satire, black humor and the absurd. At the same time, it is surprisingly uplifting.
