The author of this story speaks in an impressive way about the people considering their work intent to change the world into a better place to live. The characters in this film have no existence outside an imagination inspired by a pure Balkan way of living. The film is a story about the illusions of all Balkan Don Quijotes and their life style. Everybody can come whenever they want, leave whenever they want, and do whatever they want...
