He studied at the School of Economics, Bucharest University. He graduated from the Course of Documentary Film, INSAS, in Brussels. He is the Director of Astra Film Studio (visual anthropology department of ASTRA Museum), Founder and President of the Foundation Visual Anthropology, and Founder and Director of Astra Film Festival.
