The film tells us about the lot of a naïve peasant, who appears by turns during the Civil War in two hostile camps and finally chooses the Red Army.

Barkhudaryan, Patvakan

Patvakan Barkhudaryan (1898-1948)
Born in Jalaloghli (now - Stepanavan).
1917-19 - fought on Turkish frontlines, later in the Red Army. 1923- graduated from the Actor's School in Tbilisi. 1923-27- actor and assistant director in Goskinprom, Georgia. 1937- has graduated from the Advanced Directing Courses of VGIK.
