The film is about the political and social events which happened after the year 1941 that caused penetrating of our North neighbor country to Iran. After that some of the generations had been forced to immigrate and live in the camps of Siberia.

Mousaian, Vahid

Vahid Mousaian (born 1969, Khorramabad, Iran)
He graduated from Azad University with a degree in theatre. He made a number of short films that won prizes at national and international film festivals. Mousaian's debut feature Wishes of the Land was the recipient of the Special Jury Prize at the 24th Moscow IFF (2002), as well as at the 19th Love Film Festival in Mons, Belgium. It was also given the best Film Award by the Kodak International Jury .
