It may seem that he is another cabbie ready to strike a conversation with passengers. Though a deeper insight makes you feel that he breathes freshness into universal truths. Actually, he doesn't even try to find that universal truth and has his own perceptions and his thoughts and feelings are more open. A good-natured cabbie with his call number “11” always is standing by. He is the very link between all the novels in this film.
