Born 1938, Yerevan, died 2006, Yerevan.
1960-64 - studied in the Department of Philology of Yerevan State University. At the same time worked at the newspaper "Hayastani Fizkulturnik" and published caricatures in many newspapers and magazines. 1972 - graduated from the Directing Department of VGIK. Since 1971 - worked as a film director at Yerevan Studio of Documentary Films. Author of about 40 documentaries, some features and animated films.
