The film is about the problems of at-risk children in Armenia, against a background of total public indifference and government inaction. The film is based on footage from the TV program “The Colour of Childhood". | Karapetyan, Nazeli Nazeli Karapetyan (born 1980)
From 1997 to 2002, she studied in Film Directing Department of the Culture Faculty of the Yerevan State Pedagogical Institute after Kh.Abovyan. Since 2002 has been working in ArmenAkob TV as a director.
