GAIFF: DAY 4

Օn the fourth day of thefestival Creative Europe forum was launched.

During morning press conferences Mohammad Rasoulof A man of integrity, (Feature Competition), Sanal Kumar Sasidharan and Shaji Mathew Sexy Durga, (Feature Competition), Serdar Önal Mother Derdo and the Walnut Tree (Documentary Competition), Marie Dumora Belinda (Documentary Competition) presented their films to the journalists. 

Later on a round table was held with Kiril Razlogov on the theme of Armenia in the Structure of Film Production in the USSR and in the Post-Soviet Period.

Tumo Center for Creative Technologies hosted Tom Fassaert's master class.

A tribute was paid to directors Frunze Dovlatyan, Yuri Yerznkyan and cinematoghapher Sergey Israyelyan. British Film Week opened with the screening of Finding Altamira by Hugh Hudson. The director was awarded with Parajanov's Thaler.

In the frames of YEREVAN PREMIERES The Old Man and the City by Grigor Harutyunyan, The Double Lover by François Ozon, The Day After by Hong Sang-soo were screened.  

One of Jean-Pierre Melville's latest films - The Red Circle – opened the French Film Day.

Film screenings continued at Boghossian Gardens: Where You’re Meant to Be by Paul Fegan and Fartuun Adan and Ilwad Elman by Andrey Loshak were screened.
The fourth day of the festival was wrapped up with a midnight meeting at The Club.
