GOLDEN APRICOT IFF: Day Fifth

During the fifth day of 13th GOLDEN APRICOT IFF journalists had the unique chance to address their questions to Jacqueline Bisset – an actress who has starred in numerous films by world famous directors. During the morning press-conferences Asier Altuna (Amama: International Feature Competition), Flo Flamme (Añoranza: International Documentary Competition), Emiliano Dante (Habitat - Personal Notes: International Documentary Competition) also presented their films.
Afterwards Homayoun Ershadi, famous Iranian actor, had a meeting/master-class at the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU).
Within the frames of DANISH NEW CINEMA film program The Commune by Thomas Vinterberg was screened at Moscow Cinema. TALK TO GAIFF hosted
Želimir Žilnik (Serbia) at Tumo Center for Creative Technologies.
At the same venue Macbeth by Roman Polanski was screened as part of
SHAKESPEARE LIVES IN FILM program.
The film Autumn of the Magician (2008) was screened in honor of Ruben Gevorgyants 70th anniversary.
Film screenings continued at Boghossian Gardens with the screening of King Lear by Peter Brook. The fifth day of the festival was wrapped up at a midnight meeting at The Club.
